Wear Comfortable Clothing

Choose loose, comfortable clothing. You remain fully clothed during the session. Avoid restrictive or tight garments.

Stay Hydrated

Drink plenty of water before your session. Hydration helps energy flow and supports the healing process.

Arrive Early

Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early. This gives you time to settle in, use the restroom, and relax before your session.

A Typical Treatment

1.Initial Consultation (10-15 minutes)

Your practitioner will discuss your health history, current concerns, and goals for the session. This is your time to ask questions and share what brought you to reiki.

 

 

3.During the Session (45-60 minutes)

Your practitioner will place their hands lightly on or just above your body in various positions. You may feel warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation. Some people fall asleep—this is perfectly normal.

 

 

2.The Treatment Space

You’ll lie down on a comfortable massage table, fully clothed. The room will be peaceful with soft lighting and calming music. Blankets and pillows are provided for your comfort.

 

 

4.After the Session (10 minutes)

Take time to slowly return to awareness. Your practitioner will discuss your experience and may offer suggestions for self-care. You’ll receive water and have time to ground yourself.
