Welcome to your Reiki Session, I hope you are having a relaxing day. Today we will have a 1 hour Reiki Treatment.
Your only job during this session is to relax.
There is no “right’ way to experience Reiki.
Simply breathe, rest, and allow yourself to receive.
Session Flow
0-+5 Minutes
- Greeting and short conversation
+5-10 Minutes
- Read through Sheet / Relaxation & Breathing
- Remove jewelry and get comfortable .
+10-70 Minutes
- Reiki treatment begins
- Quiet rest & integration.
+70-75 Minutes
- Gentle return and aftercare

It is also important that your practitioner is
comfortable. Their preference for treatment is
STANDARD – Choose a standard treatment – The practitioner will focus on the main Chakras – helping to clear blockages and help the flow of energy around the body
CUSTOM – Request a custom treatment where the practitioner can focus healing on an area that you desire. Please indicate on the diagram which areas you desire.
Preparing to Receive
Try to relax and clear the mind. Stay as present as possible, feeling the body and listening to the ambient sounds of the treatment space.
Here is a breathing exercise to help you return to the body.
4-4-6 Bài tập thở (Bình tĩnh & Kết nối)
Từng bước một:
- Ngồi hoặc nằm thoải mái. Thả lỏng vai và không ngậm hàm.
- Hít vào bằng mũi trong 4 giây. Thở nhẹ nhàng vào bụng (không phải ngực). Cảm nhận bụng bạn phồng lên.
- Nín thở trong 4 giây. Không căng thẳng—chỉ cần tạm dừng nhẹ nhàng.
- Thở ra chậm rãi bằng miệng trong 6 giây. Hãy để hơi thở thoát ra một cách tự nhiên, như một tiếng thở dài.
- Lặp lại trong 2-5 phút.
